WSJT 5.9.0 measures the soundcard input and output sampling rates and
\nreports them (divided by 11025 Hz) in the lower left corner of the main
\nscreen. The numbers should stabilize after about one minute.<\/p>\n

I suppose that the measurements you report were made in some other way.
\nThey suggest that the numbers reported by WSJT 5.9.0 should be
\n11077.02\/11025 = 1.0047 and 11153.59\/11025 = 1.0117.<\/p>\n

On the Setup -> Options screen you should then enter Rate In = 1.0047
\nand Rate Out = 1.0117.<\/p>\n

If the numbers in the lower left corner of the main WSJT screen are
\nsignificantly different from 1.0047 1.0117, I recommend using the
\nnumbers the values computed by WSJT.<\/p>\n
